Terms of Sale

1. Offers

Prices are in US dollars (in euros in the euro area), all taxes included: the amount shown is the amount paid, VAT and local taxes included.

• Creator: $49 a month or $408 a year, 600 credits a month.
• Pro: $99 a month or $828 a year, 2,500 credits a month; Pro 5K: $129 a month or $1,080 a year, 5,000 credits; Pro 10K: $219 a month or $1,836 a year, 10,000 credits.
• Team: $299 a month or $2,508 a year, 15,000 credits a month, shared between 5 seats.
• Credit packs (one-off purchase, for subscribers): 400 credits for $20, 660 for $30, 920 for $40, 1,200 for $50, 2,700 for $99. A pack's credits are valid for 90 days from purchase.
• In euro-area countries, in euros: Creator €49 a month or €408 a year, Pro €89 or €708, Pro 5K €109 or €948, Pro 10K €189 or €1,668, Team €259 or €2,148; packs €19, €29, €39, €49 and €89.

2. Credits

Credits pay for actions that have a cost: a script (an idea, or a viral video adapted to your product) costs 20 credits, opening an analysed video in the Studio (its original script, translated into your language when needed) 5 credits and a Studio project’s script 2 credits (paid once per project), rewriting that script for your product 5 credits each time, a batch of ideas 5, a b-roll image or an object picture generated for an edit 3, a b-roll video clip 30. An automatic edit launched in the Studio costs 5 credits per started minute of edited video, 15 on an existing template: the amount is estimated from the length of your footage and debited at launch, and the difference is credited back if the edited video is shorter. Edits applied by Claude cost 2 credits per 30 seconds for a full edit, and 1 credit per batch of changes. Captions and silence cutting cost nothing extra.

• A subscription's credits are valid for one month. A monthly plan adds them with each payment; an annual plan adds a month's worth every 30 days during the paid year.
• Unused subscription credits do not roll over: at each new month, what is left of the previous month's credits is replaced by the new month's. When the subscription ends, its remaining credits expire.
• A pack's credits are added on top of the subscription's and stay valid for 90 days from purchase, even if the subscription changes or ends. Subscription credits are used first, then pack credits, starting with the pack that expires soonest. Whatever is left of a pack after 90 days expires.
• Credits have no cash value. They cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred (except their sharing within a Team plan), and expired credits are not refunded.
• An action that fails on our side (a generation that does not complete) is credited back automatically.

3. Payment

Payment is processed by Whop, Inc., our payment provider (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods offered at checkout). We never see or store your card details.

Subscribers who signed up before the move to Whop remain billed by Stripe, Inc. until the end of their subscription, on the same terms.

4. Renewal

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (month or year), at the plan's current price, until cancelled. We tell you in advance of any price increase, which you can refuse by cancelling before it applies.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep your plan and credits until then, after which access to the app stops and the subscription's credits expire (pack credits stay valid until the end of their 90 days) (the account and its settings stay available). You can resume the subscription before that date in one click.

When you cancel, an offer may be shown (for example switching to the annual plan at a reduced price for the first year). It is optional and valid for 24 hours from when it is shown; if you accept it, the annual subscription starts and your monthly subscription stops at the end of the period already paid. The following year is billed at the regular annual price unless cancelled.

6. Changing plans

To change plans, pick another one on the Pricing page: the new plan starts at payment and the old one stops at the end of its current period.

7. Right of withdrawal and refunds

The service is digital content and a digital service provided as soon as you pay. If you live in the European Union, by confirming your purchase you request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge losing your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has started.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, amounts paid are not refunded, including for a started period or unused credits. If you were charged twice or by our mistake, write to us and we will correct it.
