Terms of Use

1. The service

Gump helps creators and brands find the short videos that work in their niche and adapt them to their product:

• a library of public viral videos, analysed (hook, format, structure) and sorted by niche;
• Super Search, which finds videos by meaning, and the Viral Map, which places them;
• ideas, scripts and analyses generated by artificial intelligence;
• the Studio: script writing, filming guidance, automatic editing of your footage (captions, zooms, silence cutting, generated b-roll) and Gumpilote, the assistant that edits your project;
• MCP access to use this data from other AI tools.

The service evolves continuously: a feature may be added, changed or removed. We tell you about changes that substantially reduce what your paid plan includes.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account or an email address. You must be at least 16, give accurate information and keep your account to yourself: you are responsible for what is done with it.

If you connect a TikTok or Instagram profile, you confirm that you own it or are authorised by its owner. You remain bound by those platforms' terms.

On the Team plan, the owner invites up to 4 people by email; they use the owner's plan and credits while the owner is on Team. The owner can free a seat at any time, and any member can leave.

3. Artificial intelligence

Gump relies on third-party AI models (including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Microsoft and ByteDance, through OpenRouter) to analyse videos, transcribe speech, write scripts, suggest edits and generate images or clips.

• Outputs are suggestions: they may be inaccurate, incomplete or resemble existing content. Review them before publishing.
• We guarantee no result: views, followers, sales or virality depend on many factors outside our control.
• What you send to the AI (script text, transcripts of your footage, messages to Gumpilote, attached files) is passed to these providers for processing. Do not include sensitive information.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to what you create and upload: scripts, footage, edits, files. You only grant us the right to process them to provide the service.

Your footage and Studio projects stay on your device (in your browser): only the audio track is sent for transcription, and the images you choose to generate are produced from a description.

You warrant that you hold the rights to what you upload and publish (images, music, people filmed) and that it is not unlawful, hateful, pornographic or infringing on others' rights.

5. Videos in the library

Videos shown in the library are public posts by their authors, over which we claim no rights. We show excerpts (thumbnail, caption, public statistics, a link to the original) and our own analysis, to help you understand what works.

They are inspiration: do not reuse their content as is. If you are the author of a video and want it removed, write to us and we will remove it promptly.

6. Prohibited uses

• bypassing limits, quotas or credits, reselling or sharing access outside the Team plan;
• mass-extracting the service's data (scraping, bots) outside the MCP access provided;
• using the service to produce misleading, unlawful, hateful or harmful content;
• attempting to access other users' accounts or data, or disrupting the service.

In case of breach, we may suspend or close the account concerned, after warning you except in an emergency.

7. Subscriptions and credits

Plans, prices, credits, renewal and cancellation are described in the Terms of Sale, which form part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The software, the design, the Gump brand, and the analyses and templates we produce belong to Mountains Studio LLC. You may use them within the service, not copy or resell them.

9. Liability

Gump is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages (lost revenue, audience or data) or for sanctions a platform takes against an account. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the last 12 months.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law of your country of residence mandatorily grants you as a consumer.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. An active subscription must be cancelled separately; it stays active until the end of the paid period.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA), subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. In case of dispute, write to us first: we look for an amicable solution. A consumer living in the European Union may also bring a claim before the courts of their place of residence.

12. Changes and contact

We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we tell you about significant changes before they take effect. Questions: support@gump.si.
